Return Policy

~If you're not happy with your order, we want to hear about it!  Simply contact us prior to the use, disposal, and/or distribution of your product(s) and we'll walk you through the process!

Unused products in a good/sealed and re-sellable condition can be returned to us within 15 days for a refund less shipping back to the original form of payment.  Returns must be shipped to the following address with a notated order ID number:

Disclaimer: Originally sealed products that return to us without a seal may be denied a refund.

Used products may not be returned under any circumstances.  If a free product, which was redeemed as part of a promotional offer, returns to us, a product voucher will be issued in place of a physical refund.

Shipping fees are not refundable except in special consideration or circumstance based on prior approval.

If our shipping carriers (USPS and/or UPS) cannot deliver your package, a refund less shipping will be issued back to the original form of payment upon return of the undeliverable product(s).

Warranty Policies

Pearls Coming Off

~If​ ​a​ ​pearl​ ​falls​ ​out​ ​of​ ​a​ ​piece​ ​of​ ​jewelry​ ​within​ ​30​ ​days​ ​of​ ​purchase​ ​and​ ​has​ ​been​ ​"gently"​ ​worn home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​reset​ ​the​ ​pearl​ ​free​ ​of​ ​charge;​ ​if​ ​the​ ​pearl​ ​is​ ​lost​ ​home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​replace​ ​it​ ​with​ ​a similar​ ​color.​ ​The​ ​post​ ​must​ ​be​ ​intact.​ ​The​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​shipping​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home office. 

~After​ ​30​ ​days,​ ​but​ ​within​ ​90​ ​days​ ​of​ ​purchase​ ​home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​reset​ ​any​ ​pearls​ ​that​ ​have​ ​fallen off​ ​free​ ​of​ ​charge.​ ​If​ ​the​ ​pearl​ ​is​ ​lost,​ ​the​ ​customer​ ​must​ ​purchase​ ​or​ ​supply​ ​another​ ​pearl.​ ​The post​ ​must​ ​be​ ​intact.​ ​The​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​shipping​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office​ ​and responsible​ ​for​ ​paying​ ​$5​ ​for​ ​home​ ​office​ ​to​ ​ship​ ​the​ ​item​ ​back​ ​to​ ​customer.

~After​ ​90​ ​day,​ ​home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​reset​ ​a​ ​pearl​ ​for​ ​a​ ​charge​ ​of​ ​$10​ ​per​ ​pearl.​ ​If​ ​the​ ​pearl​ ​is​ ​lost​ ​the customer​ ​must​ ​purchase​ ​or​ ​supply​ ​another​ ​pearl​ ​and​ ​the​ ​charge​ ​will​ ​be​ ​$10​ ​per​ ​pearl​ ​to​ ​set. The​ ​post​ ​must​ ​be​ ​intact.​ ​The​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​shipping​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office​ ​and responsible​ ​for​ ​paying​ ​$5​ ​for​ ​home​ ​office​ ​to​ ​ship​ ​the​ ​item​ ​back​ ​to​ ​customer.

Jewelry Problems

~If​ ​a​ ​stone​ ​has​ ​fallen​ ​out​ ​of​ ​a​ ​piece​ ​of​ ​jewelry​ ​within​ ​30​ ​days,​ ​home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​repair​ ​the​ ​item free​ ​of​ ​charge.​ ​The​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​shipping​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office. 

~If​ ​a​ ​stone​ ​falls​ ​out​ ​of​ ​a​ ​piece​ ​of​ ​jewelry​ ​after​ ​30​ ​days​ ​but​ ​within​ ​90​ ​days​ ​of​ ​purchase​ ​the customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​to​ ​pay​ ​for​ ​the​ ​repairs​ ​($15​ ​per​ ​stone),​ ​shipping​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office​ ​and $5​ ​shipping​ ​for​ ​home​ ​office​ ​to​ ​to​ ​ship​ ​item​ ​back​ ​to​ ​customer.

~If​ ​a​ ​post​ ​is​ ​broken​ ​off​ ​a​ ​piece​ ​of​ ​jewelry​ ​the​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​purchasing​ ​a​ ​new​ ​piece of​ ​jewelry,​ ​shipping​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office​ ​and​ ​$5​ ​shipping​ ​to​ ​return​ ​the​ ​item​ ​to​ ​the​ ​customer, home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​reset​ ​the​ ​pearl​ ​free​ ​of​ ​charge.

~If​ ​an​ ​item​ ​is​ ​defective​ ​upon​ ​arrival​ ​to​ ​the​ ​customer​ ​and​ ​reported​ ​to​ ​home​ ​office​ ​within​ ​5 business​ ​days​ ​home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​repair​ ​or​ ​replace​ ​the​ ​item.​ ​Home​ ​office​ ​will​ ​not​ ​substitute​ ​other items​ ​or​ ​variations​ ​of​ ​the​ ​defective​ ​item.​ ​The​ ​customer​ ​is​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​shipping​ ​items​ ​back​ ​to us​ ​for​ ​repair​ ​within​ ​10​ ​business​ ​days​ ​of​ ​date​ ​they​ ​received​ ​the​ ​item.

~All​ ​items​ ​must​ ​be​ ​postmarked​ ​within​ ​the​ ​given​ ​time​ ​frames​ ​to​ ​qualify​ ​for​ ​the​ ​appropriate warranty.
